Birth Doula

A doula is a truly valuable and essential addition to any birth team in any setting.

As a professional doula, I focus on creating a deep and special connection with the woman who chooses me for additional support and comfort during her birth. 

In the preparation phase, I really like to take time and know my clients well enough and on a deeper level so that there is trust and confidence, and comfort between us. I am going to be there in the most sacred, joyful, transformational event in your life so I have to make sure that we create a special bond that will be beneficial for you on all levels at the time of the birth.

I am a very sensitive and empathetic person, I am very attentive to details and the energy flow in the process of birth. I can be fully hands-on, using my skills, deep knowledge of physiology, and smart labor hacks but I also can just quietly sit in the corner or provide full privacy for you and your significant other if that's what you feel like at this moment. 

Sometimes you need hips squeezes and sometimes just someone in the room who trusts in you and your body for 100%

I can be that person for you. Your support and your birth partner.
